How to start
To receive a scientific certificate from our certificate management system (CMS), please follow these steps:
1. Registration: If you haven't already registered on our platform, please sign up using your personal information and create an account.
2. Login: After registration, log in to your account using your credentials.
3. Profile Completion: Complete your profile by providing necessary information such as your full name, affiliation, contact details, and any other required information.
4. Request: Depending on the type of certificate you are applying for (e.g., conferences, seminars, journals, workshops, completion of a course), click on the request option in the list of services. After clicking on the request option, fill in the options carefully (Be carefull!). After reconfirmation, the form cannot be edited.
5. Payment: These steps include several payment methods, which are listed at the bottom of the form (Gateway section) and after payment, fill the form carefully, then click on the "Save" bottom.
6. Verification Process: Our system will verify the requests to ensure their authenticity and accuracy.
7. Certificate Generation: Once your credentials are verified, our system will generate the scientific certificate based on the information provided. The certificate will include details such as euro code, QR code, your name, the title of the achievement, date, and any other relevant information.
8. Review and Approval: You will have the opportunity to review the certificate for accuracy and completeness. If everything is in order, you can proceed to approve the certificate.
9. Download: Upon approval, you can download the certificate directly from our platform.
10. Tracking code (Euro Code) and QR code: You can check the authenticity of your certificate with Tracking Code or Euro Code and with QR code on the certificate.
11. Feedback: We value your feedback on our certificate management system. Please feel free to provide any comments or suggestions for improvement to help us enhance our services further.
